Technical Support Plans are available for purchase
for current versions of Database Creations Products.
Retired products
or product versions are not covered by these support plans. Support
for retired products or versions can be purchased on a consulting
basis at a minimum charge of $95 per incident for up to one hour of
assistance.
Standard Support Plans
Standard Support Plans are available to registered
users who have used up the incidents in their Getting Started
support plan and require additional support. These plans expire one
year from the date of purchase. They can be used on any active
product developed by Database Creations, Inc. Note:
Customized software may require additional support at our hourly
rate of $95 for up to one hour of assistance.

phone support providing immediate contact with a technician -
available Monday-Friday, 8:00AM EST to 4:00PM EST.
