Free phone and email support is available to registered users of our
current accounting and financial products through the Getting
Started technical support plan included with your product
purchase. Retired products
are not covered (see below).

Started technical support plan include:

- Business! Standard Edition (v5.00 and up)
- POSitively Business (v2.00 and up)
- Barcode Warehouse and Printing Modules
- Inventory Manager (Version 4.00 and higher)

- General Ledger
Technical support plans provide assistance on using and
understanding our software. Help with programming,
customization, debugging, or understanding Microsoft Access,
is not covered under the free technical support plans.
If you require these types of services, there is a charge of
$95 per hour. Please contact our
customization department for further details.
Paid technical support plans are available once the free
support has been depleted.
Developer Tools
Free phone and email support is available to registered users of our

Support for retired products or product versions of
software developed by Database Creations is limited to the
following methods:
- Email - Questions on retired products can be sent
via email to
support@databasecreations.com. There is no charge if it
is something our technicians can answer easily in a return
email. Turn around time is typically 1-3 business days,
depending on the product. If the question cannot be answered
easily, i.e., requires additional information or access to
the user's database files, a charge will apply for further
assistance at a minimum charge of $95 per incident for up to
one hour of assistance.
- Phone - Phone support is limited on retired
products. In some cases, questions can be answered the same
business day. Other products may require a scheduled
conference call with a technician. Phone support on retired
products is available at a minimum charge of $95 per
incident for up to one hour of assistance.
